1 DOWN PAYMENT/GUARANTEE

To confirm the reservation we require:

– a transfer, to be made within 10 days after booking, equal to the value of the first night’s stay;

OR

– the details of a credit card (rechargeable credit cards are not accepted). The validity of the credit card will be verified by requesting a pre-authorization, which will not generate a charge. If this is found to be invalid and the customer is unable to provide details of another credit card, the reservation will be canceled, without prejudice to the customer’s option to opt for a down payment by bank transfer.

2 CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE

⚠️ ATTENTION: These conditions do not apply to the “BeSafe” and “Non-Refundable Prepaid” rates, which are governed by dedicated rules shown on their respective purchase pages. To avoid misunderstandings, always check the selected rate and its conditions before confirming.

To modify or cancel a reservation, simply submit your request in the following ways: an email sent to [email protected] or a fax to +390365954447.

You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival without penalty.

For cancellations from 7 to 0 days, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Up to 3 days of empty bed space may be charged for early departures for stays longer than 3 nights; in the case of stays of up to 3 nights, a penalty of 50% of the total unused nights will be charged instead.

3 PREPAID RATE

This type of rate does not provide any kind of refund, the full amount will be retained in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure.

4 PAYMENT OF THE BOOKED STAY AND ANY EXTRAS

FOR CREDIT CARD OWNERS (not reloadable cards).

Thanks to the service signed with CartaSI called “Priority check-out service and delayed charge” (“Priority check-out service and delayed charge”), at the time of check-in, consent will be required to charge the card provided at the time of booking the amount of the stay (already pre-authorized), both for the cardholder and accompanying persons. The validity of the credit card will be verified by pre-authorizing the amount of the entire stay on it. This will be done 7 days after arrival for customers with reservations or on the day of arrival for transient customers without reservations.

In the event that the customer does not wish to adhere to the priority check out service and delayed charge, the bill for the booked stay must be paid upon check-in

FOR NON-CREDIT CARD HOLDERS OR RECHARGEABLE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS.

As an alternative to paying in cash, there is the option of settling the stay by bank transfer, which must be received within 3 days of the scheduled arrival.

Payment for any extras will be made at check-out by credit card or cash

It takes 72 hours to 21 days from the time the preauthorization is reversed for the cardholder to have the amount available on his or her credit card again.

Timelines for reversal vary depending on the card issuing institution and also depending on whether the reversal of the preauthorization is done automatically or manually. In any case, it is advisable for the customer to request either the closure of the preauthorization or the reversal in order to speed up the time it takes for their card to be credited again and to avoid misunderstandings.

The exact release period for a preauthorization depends on the POS provider, the payment circuit to which the POS belongs, and the bank that issued the card, and by regulation can never exceed 21 days.

We urge customers to notify us promptly of any need for manual reversal and at the same time to contact their card issuer in order to find out the actual status of the preauthorization.

5 TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon departure, except for the exemptions and reductions provided in the municipal regulations

6 DAMAGE.

We disclaim any responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that clients may suffer, such as loss or theft of items, illness or accidents while using hotel facilities or while participating in entertainment programs, any strikes that delay arrival or departure that are not directly attributable to the hotel staff or that happen during the client’s stay or during transportation to and from the hotel.

7 PRICES.

Our prices are in euros per room per day, and include: service, VAT and everything specified in the booking confirmation.

8 CHILDREN

For children, discounts and reduced rates are given only if they share a room with two full-paying adults.

9 PETS

Your faithful friend is welcome: we welcome only small dogs, maximum one per room.

10 OVERBOOKING (OVERBOOKING)

In the case of overbooking, we undertake to promptly notify the customer and provide:

(a) an accommodation similar to or superior to that for which the reservation was made;

(b) any transportation to the new arrangement.

(c) a cognitive phone call at the new destination.

11 DOWN PAYMENT

In the event of force majeure and overbooking, resulting in the hotel’s failure to fulfill the reservation, as provided for in Article 1385 of the Civil Code, we undertake to refund up to twice the amount paid as a deposit. Nothing else may be claimed by the customer by way of compensation.

12 COMPLAINTS.

Any critical issues should be promptly reported to the hotel by filling out the appropriate form available at all receptions in order for management to take prompt action.

If this, in relation to the circumstances, is not possible, customer service will take care to acknowledge, via email, the report received within the 30-day period by communicating its outcome.

Any reimbursement, proportionate to the injury that will be determined, may be disbursed in the form of a voucher to be used for future reservations at all Parc Hotels Italia facilities.

13 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all terms and conditions not expressly listed in this policy, such as, by way of example, check-in and check-out times, special treatments, etc., the terms and conditions stated in the booking confirmation, which is the only indispensable document for the purpose of the enjoyment of all the services booked, shall prevail.

14 PARKING.

It is not possible to access the facility directly by car because it is located in a restricted traffic zone. In the immediate vicinity, about 150 meters from Residenza Di Più, is the CIVICO AL CENTRO | APCOA parking lot (Via Brunati, 31), for a fee.
