1 DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE
To confirm the booking, we require: – a bank transfer equal to the cost of the first night’s stay, to be made within 10 days of booking; OR – valid credit card details (prepaid cards are not accepted). A pre-authorization will be performed to verify the card’s validity, without generating any charges. If the card is invalid and no alternative credit card is provided, the booking will be cancelled unless the guest chooses to confirm the booking by bank transfer.
2 CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE
Any modification or cancellation must be sent via email to [email protected] or fax to +39 0365954447. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival incur no charge. Cancellations from 7 to 0 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount. No-shows will incur a charge equal to the total reservation amount. Early departures: For stays longer than 3 nights, up to 3 nights may be charged. For stays of up to 3 nights, a penalty of 50% of unused nights will be charged.
3 PREPAID RATE
This rate type is non-refundable. The entire amount will be retained in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
4 PAYMENT OF BOOKED STAY AND EXTRAS FOR CREDIT CARD HOLDERS (excluding prepaid cards)
Thanks to the “Priority check-out service and delayed charge” agreement with CartaSI, at check-in, guests will be asked to authorize the charge to their card (already pre-authorized) for the entire stay amount, for themselves and their companions. Pre-authorization occurs 7 days prior to arrival for bookings, or on the arrival day for walk-in guests. If guests do not wish to use the “Priority check-out service and delayed charge”, payment is required at check-in.
FOR GUESTS WITHOUT CREDIT CARDS OR HOLDERS OF PREPAID CARDS
Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer, which must arrive within 3 days prior to the expected arrival date. Extras must be settled at check-out by credit card or cash.
Pre-authorizations may take between 72 hours and 21 days to be released, depending on the issuing bank and whether the reversal is automatic or manual. Guests are advised to request a manual reversal upon departure to expedite the process. Guests should also contact their card issuer directly to confirm the status of the pre-authorization. The maximum period for pre-authorization release is 21 days according to banking regulations.
5 CITY TAX
The city tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon departure, subject to exemptions or reductions according to local regulations.
6 DAMAGES
We disclaim all responsibility for direct or indirect damages such as loss, theft, illness, or accidents occurring during the use of hotel facilities or participation in hotel activities, or delays caused by strikes or other events not directly attributable to the hotel staff or occurring during transport to and from the hotel.
7 PRICES
Prices are in euros per room per day, including service charges, VAT, and items specified in the booking confirmation.
8 CHILDREN
Discounts or special rates apply only when children share a room with two adults paying full price.
9 PETS
Your faithful companion is welcome: we accept only one small-sized dog per room.
10 OVERBOOKING
In case of overbooking, guests will be promptly informed and provided with: a) alternative accommodation of equal or higher category; b) transportation to the new accommodation; c) a courtesy call to the new accommodation.
11 CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT
In case of force majeure or overbooking resulting in the inability to fulfill the booking, according to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, we undertake to refund up to double the confirmatory deposit paid. No additional compensation will be provided.
12 COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be promptly reported by filling out the appropriate form available at reception to allow immediate management intervention. If circumstances prevent immediate reporting, customer service will reply via email within 30 days with the outcome. Any refunds, proportional to verified inconvenience, will be issued as a voucher usable at all Parc Hotels Italia properties.
13 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For all other conditions not explicitly listed here (e.g., check-in/check-out times, special services, etc.), refer to the booking confirmation, which is the essential document for accessing booked services.
14 PARKING
Direct vehicle access to the property is not available due to restricted traffic zones. Paid parking (Parcheggio CIVICO AL CENTRO | APCOA, Via Brunati, 31) is available approximately 150 meters from Residenza Di Più.
